However, this is not the case; many injuries are avoidable and if appropriate screening is conducted, preventable injuries can often be eliminated entirely.

At SportsLink Physiotherapy our therapists are highly trained to conduct movement assessments and joint specific assessments which allow them to tailor a personalised program for rehabilitation and/or improved performance.
We will identify any factors predisposing to injury and give you the tools to fix them, preventing the injury from occurring in the first place.
